How long does delivery and installation take?

Pan-India delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on model availability and your city. Installation itself is a 1-day job for most models once site prep is complete — our team handles the site survey, electrical coordination and commissioning.

Do hot tubs work in Indian summers?

Yes. All Platinum Spas models have programmable temperature control between roughly 5°C and 40°C, so you can run them cooler during Indian summers as a chill pool, and warmer in winter or monsoon as classic hydrotherapy. Premium Shield insulation also keeps running costs down year-round.

What electrical supply do I need?

Most Platinum hot tubs need a 32 Amp hardwired connection with an RCD-protected dedicated circuit. The Tahiti model runs on a standard 13 Amp plug-and-play socket, which makes it suitable for apartments and retrofits. Our site survey confirms requirements before installation.

What's the running cost in India?

Running costs depend on usage, climate and insulation tier. Platinum Premium Shield insulation (standard on all models) is engineered for thermal efficiency — typical monthly electricity for a well-insulated tub in regular family use runs in a modest band. Exact estimates are provided with your quote based on model and city.

Is the warranty honoured across India?

Yes. Aquashark is the authorized India distributor — warranty claims are handled directly by our service network across 23 cities plus 4 overseas locations. No routing through overseas support.

Can I install a hot tub on my terrace?

Often yes, but terrace installation depends on structural load capacity, drainage, electrical access and access path. A filled tub with people inside can weigh 1,500+ kg — our site survey includes a structural check and will flag if reinforcement is needed.

What's the difference between Deluxe and Premium ranges?

Deluxe models prioritise everyday family use with standard shell depths (870–900mm) and typical jet counts. Premium models feature deeper 940mm shells, more advanced jet distribution, often higher-capacity pumps, and Platinum's top-tier build — suited to serious hydrotherapy and design-led installations.

Do you ship to other countries?
